Maintainer

This project is maintained by a designated maintenance body responsible for the long-term stability, continuity, and operational integrity of the solution.

The maintainer oversees codebase sustainability, release coordination, issue triage, and policy-level technical decisions required to ensure that the solution remains reliable and usable over time. This role exists independently of any specific individual and is defined by function rather than personal authorship.

Maintenance responsibilities include, but are not limited to, evaluating changes for long-term impact, managing updates and compatibility, handling critical fixes, and ensuring that development and operations adhere to the project’s established standards and guidelines.

The maintainer operates within a structured decision framework. All actions are guided by documented principles, versioned processes, and reproducible criteria, ensuring continuity regardless of personnel changes.

This structure exists to guarantee that the solution is not dependent on a single person, but is sustained as a system with accountable, repeatable maintenance practices.
